1. How to place an order

You can place an order with us following the easy checkout system online at or by calling our order line 01992 35 35 50

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email conformation that states the goods ordered and an order reference number.

If any products, for any reason are unavailable or there is a pricing mistake Furniture 4 Your Home Limited will contact you at this point to either refund you or offer you an alternative product.

All data will be held securely by Furniture 4 Your Home Limited and will not be passed onto third parties.

2. Delivery

Furniture 4 Your Home Limited. delivers to all mainlands UK. We can provide overseas shipping please email [email protected]  for pricing or we can deliver to a port of your choice

We do try and keep delivery costs as low as possible and change these on a regular basis please see our delivery section for an up to date pricing.

Whilst we try and keep within our delivery timescales unfortunately there will be times beyond Furniture 4 Your Home Limited's control that orders are delayed, Furniture 4 Your Home Limited will not be held liable for these delays.

Our standard delivery is a two man crew to your room of choice our delivery drivers are unable to remove existing furniture or packaging. On smaller items an express delivery company is used this is a one man delivery and delivered to your door. Some of our budget ranges are sent flat packed direct from the supplier these are sent on a one man delivery company to your door, if a product is shipped in this way it is identified on the product description page on this site.

We try to give as much information as delivery timescale and times and our helpful delivery company will call you in advance to book in a delivery with you, This excludes our express delivery ranges that are delivered by an outside delivery company, we will not attempt delivery until both parties have agreed a time. If a delivery is booked and nobody is available on the agreed time a failed delivery charge will occur (normally around £60)

Our delivery drivers will take every care to deliver your goods to the room of choice, to help with this please remove and obstacles like pictures or mirrors that might be in the way and to cover carpets where needed, cannot be held responsible to any damage that occurs whilst delivery is taking place.

3. Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order anytime up to 7 days after the day of delivery, this will need to be done by letter or email outlining why you wish to return the goods, If you are returning the goods because of defects or damage we will endeavour to get you a replacement as soon as possible, if you are simply returning the items because they are not suitable or no longer needed there will be a collection charge of £120 or up to 50% of the order. You can of course return the goods by your own means but we do ask that they are packaged in the original packaging fit for resale, then there would be an administration charge

All refunds will be processed within 30 days and for your security will be refunded by the same method the goods were paid for.

Special order items will be charged at 50% this is to cover the costs already occurred to Furniture 4 Your Home Limited. Special order items are Ranges that are made to order by our own factory or goods specially ordered (non stock items).

All flat pack ranges once assembled we cannot accept returns and there we also be a restocking charge to these ranges please call for prices.

4. Faulty Goods

Furniture 4 Your Home Limited invest heavily in packaging there goods and using the best carriers to deliver so that your goods arrive in perfect condition. If in the unlikely advent you do find your goods to be faulty please email [email protected] stating what the fault is and we will call you with the best and quickest way to resolve the problem. All faulty goods must be reported wirthin 7 days of delivery, this enables you time to un package and fully inspect the goods.

Flat packed furniture should be checked before assembly to make sure all parts are there and in good condition, if not please email us with the part number and what the fault is and we will send out a replacement part.

As different computers display different tones the colour of the furniture cannot be deemed as faulty. We try to use the best images as possible to display the correct colours we also can send out colour samples for almost all our ranges.
