  1. How to place an order

You can place an order with us following the easy checkout system online at www.furniture4yourhome.co.uk or by calling our order line 01992 35 35 50 or speaking with us via live chat.

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email conformation that states the goods are ordered and an order reference number.

If any products are for any reason unavailable or there is a pricing mistake, Furniture 4 Your Home Limited will contact you at this point to either refund you or offer you an alternative product.

All data will be held securely by Furniture 4 Your Home Limited and will not be passed onto third parties.

  1. Delivery

We offer three main delivery services and full details can be seen in the 'Deliveries and Returns' section of our website:-

Premier Room of Choice Delivery - £49.99

Platinum Delivery Service - Wardrobe, Bed and Dining Table Assembly - £69.99

Standard Ground Floor Delivery – Free UK Delivery*

Please note that Standard Ground Floor delivery for free is for mainland UK only. We can deliver to any port for deliveries outside mainland UK if needed. For the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland, we will deliver to your nominated shipping companies. If you require installation, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide a separate cost for that. For overeas European countries, again we can and do arrange deliveries going into nominated shipping companies.

As soon as your goods are ready to be dispatched, our delivery contractor will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot. Your purchase is important to us and we want to ensure that you are at home when it arrives. For this reason, please provide as many alternative telephone numbers as possible as our delivery contractor will not dispatch your item until this telephone conversation has taken place. Deliveries to certain postcodes are only made on specific days of the week. If the suggested date is inconvenient, you will be given a choice of alternative delivery dates. If a delivery is booked and nobody is available at the agreed time, a failed delivery charge will occur (normally around £60).

Whilst we try to keep within our delivery timescales, unfortunately there will be occasions beyond Furniture 4 Your Home Limited's control when orders are delayed. Furniture 4 Your Home Limited will not be held liable for these delays.

If you have opted for our Premier or Platinum delivery service, our delivery drivers will take every care to deliver your goods to the room of choice. To help with this, please remove any obstacles such as pictures or mirrors that might be in the way, and cover carpets where needed. Furniture 4 Your Home Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs whilst delivery is taking place but we will always do our best to work with the customer for a solution.

Smaller items will be delivered on a night freight service; a one-man crew will deliver to your door.

  1. Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. This must be done by letter or email, outlining why you wish to return the goods. If you are returning the goods because of defects or damage, we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. If you are returning the items because they are not suitable or no longer needed, there will be a collection charge of £120 or up to 50% of the value of the order. You can of course return the goods by your own means but we do ask that they are packaged in the original packaging, fit for resale, and there will be an administration charge.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days and for your security, by the same method with which the goods were paid for.

We regret that special order items cannot be refunded unless faulty. Special order items are from Collections that are made to order by our own factory or goods specially ordered in (non-stock items).

Once assembled, items from flat pack Collections cannot be returned. There will be an administration charge for non-assembled items.

  1. Faulty Goods

Furniture 4 Your Home Limited invests heavily in packaging its goods and using the best carriers to deliver, so that your goods arrive in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that you do find your goods to be faulty, please email [email protected] stating what the fault is and we will call you to suggest the best and quickest way to resolve the problem. All faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. This provides you with time to unpackage and fully inspect the goods.

Flat packed furniture should be checked before assembly to make sure all parts are present and in good condition. Should anything be missing or faulty, please email us with the part number and a description of the fault (if applicable) and we will send out a replacement part.

As different computers display different tones, the colour of the furniture cannot be deemed to be faulty. We try to use the best images possible to display the correct colours. We can also send out colour samples for almost all of our Collections.
