Delivery of Your Furniture

You’re in good hands; Furniture4YourHome has been established since 1990 and has over thirty years' experience in producing high quality bespoke furniture. We take great pride in the quality of our work, with exceptional attention to detail being paid to the way it is designed, crafted and finished. We take the same care with the way your furniture is delivered. We use either our own in-house team or trusted delivery companies who are highly trained and specialists in the handling and delivery of furniture.

Premier Room of Choice Delivery - £49.99

This service is designed to take away all the stress of you having to organise people to lift into position what is often very heavy furniture, avoiding the risk of you damaging it whilst moving. Our specially trained two man white glove delivery team will do all the hard work for you so you’re left with a finished room and your furniture in pristine condition. This service is great value for money and the majority of our customers choose it for peace of mind.

  • Pre-booked delivery service (call from the driver on route if required)
  • 2 man white glove delivery to the room of your choice, upstairs or downstairs
  • Items unpacked and put in situ
  • Assembly where required (excluding bed frames, wardrobes and fitting of legs to dining tables). Please opt for the Platinum Service 
  • Removal of transport feet where needed
  • Packaging removal is NOT included in this service

Platinum Delivery Service - Wardrobe, Bed and Dining Table Assembly - £129.99

Do you want an easier life? This service is designed to take away all the stress and hard work of installing your new wardrobe or bed, or fitting legs to dining tables, limiting the risk of you damaging it whilst transporting heavy furniture upstairs. If you are happy to organise people to help lift it and install it, that’s fine. On the other hand if you would like all this done for you then this is the option for you.  

  • Pre-booked delivery service (call from the driver on route if required)
  • 2 man white glove delivery to the room of choice, upstairs or downstairs
  • All items unpacked and put in situ
  • Assembly of wardrobes, bed frames, and fitting of legs to dining tables
  • Removal of transport feet where needed
  • All packaging will be removed and recycled for you

Standard Ground Floor Delivery – Free UK Delivery*

  • Pre-booked delivery service
  • 2 Man white glove to the room of choice (downstairs only)
  • Unboxing is not included 
  • Removal of Packaging is NOT included in this srvice

We schedule standard ground floor deliveries in such a way that our drivers will not be able to unpack , move or assemble items that require assembly as they will not have allowed this extra time in their schedule.  If you require us to position and or assemble your furniture please choose Premier Room of Choice and if you require the packaging removed as well then please choose the Platinum Delivery Service.

Covid-19 Impact

Whilst we make every effort to ensure products are delivered quickly to our customers, it is the case that certain parts of the United Kingdom most notably Scotland are experiencing longer delivery times at present.

Other Information

* Please note that Standard Ground Floor delivery for free is for mainland UK only. We can deliver to any port for deliveries outside mainland UK if needed. For the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, we will deliver to your nominated shipping companies. If you require installation, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide a separate cost for that. For overseas European and countries, we can and do arrange deliveries going into nominated shipping companies.

As soon as your goods are ready to be dispatched, our delivery contractor will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot. Your purchase is important to us and we want to ensure that you are at home when it arrives. For this reason, please provide as many alternative telephone numbers as possible, as our delivery contractor will not dispatch your item until this telephone conversation has taken place. Deliveries to certain postcodes are only made on certain days of the week. If the suggested date is inconvenient, you will be given a choice of alternative delivery dates. If a delivery is booked and nobody is available at the agreed time, a failed delivery charge will occur (normally around £60).

Whilst we try to keep within our delivery timescales, unfortunately there will be times beyond Furniture 4 Your Home Limited's control that orders are delayed and Furniture 4 Your Home Limited will not be held liable for these delays.

If you have opted for one of our Premier or Platinum delivery services, our delivery drivers will take every care to deliver your goods to the room of choice. To help with this, please remove any obstacles like pictures or mirrors that might be in the way and to cover carpets where needed. Furniture 4 Your Home Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs whilst delivery is taking place but we will always do our best to work with the customer for a solution.

Smaller items will be delivered on a night freight service; a one-man crew will deliver to your door.


You can cancel your order any time up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Cancellation must be in writing. If you wish to cancel your order (and return an item, if applicable), please email us at [email protected] - please note that we require all items to be returned in their original packaging and condition. <strong>We regret that orders for bespoke furniture cannot be cancelled once put into production. Replacements for damaged goods are sent as soon as possible. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days and for your security will be refunded by the same method as was used for payment.
