Once you have made your purchase, we will advise our delivery contractor who will contact you to arrange delivery arrangements. All delivery vehicles have a 2-man crew when necessary trained in the handling of furnishing items.
Deliveries are made between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we will need a signature when the delivery is made. Please note that delivery is mainland UK only. We can deliver to any port for deliveries out side mainland UK if needed. Please email [email protected] for more information.
Before and When Your Purchase Arrives
As soon as your goods are ready to be dispatched, our delivery contractor will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot. Your purchase is important to us and we want to ensure that you are at home when it arrives. For this reason, please provide as many alternative telephone numbers as possible, as our delivery contractor will not dispatch your item until this telephone conversation has taken place. Deliveries to certain postcodes are only made on certain days of the week. If the suggested date is inconvenient, you will be given a choice of alternative delivery days.
Delivery to mainland UK is FREE, For deliveries requiring a ferry trip there is an additional charge of £120
Please allow between 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. This is our typical delivery time, times can vary on certain ranges and manufacturers.
Deliveries on our budget ranges come direct from our supplier, a one man crew delivers to your door only, for assembly and delivery to room of choice please call for price.
To make delivery easier, some items of furniture will require minor assembly once delivered into your home. A dining table may require the legs to be fitted to the table top, a wardrobe may come in more than one piece to ease access and beds will need side rails fixing to the head and foot boards.
Smaller items will be delivered on a Night Freight service, a one man crew will deliver to your door.
You can cancel your order anytime up to 7 days after the day of delivery. Replacements for Damaged goods are sent as soon as possible. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days and for your security will be refunded by the same method the goods were paid for.
